Event Overview

The Oktoberfest Run takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the South Peachtree Creek Trail in Decatur, Georgia. It is a smaller, private group run with capped waves.

Distances

Participants can choose from the following distances:

10K
Half-Marathon (13.1 miles)
Family 1 Mile Fun Run A virtual run option is also available.

Registration and Format

Registration is open, and waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The event has a casual, stress-free format with optional time tracking via personal apps. There are no timing chips. Coordinators are present to provide support during the run.

Participant Information

All paces and ages are welcome, with participants under 18 requiring a guardian. Packet pickup is not required, as race bibs are provided on race day. Participant swag, including a running T-shirt, finisher's medal, towel, and digital training pack, is shipped to the participant's US mailing address. Technical running shirts are available as an optional upgrade.

Virtual Run Option

The virtual run can be completed at any time and location using any optional tracking device. Results can be submitted by email to receive a finisher's medal.
