Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation Race for Research
The Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation holds its twenty-sixth annual Race for Research on 09/19/2026 at Atlantic Station Green, 1380 Atlantic Drive NW, Atlanta GA 30363. The event brings together the brain tumor community for runs and walks and is held rain or shine. An opening ceremony and a post-race awards ceremony are part of the program, and check-in and on-site registration are available the morning of the event.
Race options include:
- 50 yards Tot Trot for children six and under with a goodie bag and a finisher ribbon.
- 1K untimed run or walk through Atlantic Station, shirt guaranteed if registered by 08/31/26.
- 5K timed run through Atlantic Station, timed chipped race bib included, Peachtree Road Race qualifier, shirt guaranteed if registered by 08/31/26.
- Virtual participant option with the ability to purchase a race shirt to be mailed; shirts available until 09/13/26.
Registration windows differ by event. In-person event registrations open 06/01/26 and close 09/13/26. Virtual registration opens 03/20/26 and closes 09/19/26.
