The Great Christmas Fun Run
The Great Christmas Fun Run is organised by Aspire X Events and is scheduled for 6 December 2026 at Oyster Wharf, Mumbles Road, Swansea SA3 4DN. The event invites participants to wear festive costumes and Santa hats as organisers aim to increase the number of fancy dress entrants.
There are multiple race distances available:
- 1k Fun Run (kids)
- 5k
- 10k
The run course starts and finishes at Oyster Wharf and follows the seafront promenade. The 1k Fun Run is an out and back route on the promenade. Participants are asked to keep to the left and to respect other path users.
Included with entry are a festive medal, chip timing, event facilities, water stations and a Christmas themed presentation. Official photos from previous years are noted as available. An award presentation is part of the event schedule. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
