The Great Christmas Fun Run
The Great Christmas Fun Run is a festive running event organised by Aspire X Events on 6 December 2026 at Oyster Wharf, Mumbles Road, Swansea. The course starts and finishes at Oyster Wharf and follows the seafront promenade. Participants are asked to keep to the left and to respect other path users.
Distances offered include:
- 1 km kids fun run, out-and-back on the promenade
- 5 km route along the seafront promenade
- 10 km route along the seafront promenade
The event includes chip timing, water stations, event facilities and a festive medal. The 1 km kids route is described as a safe and secure out-and-back on the promenade. An award ceremony is part of the event schedule. Entry fees are shown in a range that reflects different race categories.
