The Aliza Lapierre Fan Club Trail Race
The event scheduled for July 18, 2026 offers multiple trail options: a 50K, a 26K and a 2-person relay. The route combines road sections with rugged trails and passes through Huntington, Starksboro, Hinesburg and Richmond.

The 50K traverses approximately 8 miles of road and 23 miles of rugged trails and includes over 5,000 feet of climbing across the listed towns. The 26K traverses approximately 4 miles of road and 13 miles of rugged trails and includes over 2,500 feet of climbing through Huntington, Hinesburg and Richmond.
A course map is provided and the course is subject to change; course markers define the route on race day.
Proceeds from the event are donated to provide area youth and families with affordable skiing and snowboarding lessons through the Cochran's Ski Area non-profit.
The event began in 2020 as a run among friends along what is now the 50K course. Organizers have expressed the intention to extend the route to a full 50 miles in the future. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
