About the race
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-course fun run held in the Greater Toronto Area with over 25 obstacles. The course includes large inflatable features, mud pits and a stated volume of foam of 2.5 million cubic feet. All obstacles are optional and participants may walk or run the course at their own pace. Children aged 6 and under cannot run the 5K course but may use the Kids FUN Zone with adult supervision. Participation rules and safety notes are specified for minors: the event is open to participants aged 7 and up, children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, and participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. A legal guardian must sign event waivers for any participant under 18. Ticket details and policies are provided: a listed registration price is CA$58.47 for a single entry and the included items note the run, festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival area access, free kids zone and a free finish line photo; course photos are available for purchase.
