The 5K Foam Fest - Toronto, ON
The 5K Foam Fest is a sporting and festival event billed as a fun obstacle course run over a 5 km distance. It takes place over two days, August 29 and 30, 2026. A new venue for the 2026 edition is to be announced soon.
The course features over 25 optional obstacles, including inflatable waterslides, mud pits, and foam zones. The event is open to all ages and abilities. Participants aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while those aged 13-17 do not require an adult chaperone. A free kids zone is provided for children aged 6 and under.
The festival area includes music, local vendors, food, and a beer garden. Spectators have free access to the festival area. Registration typically includes a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a temporary tattoo, access to shower and change rooms, and free downloadable event photos.
