The 5K Foam Fest Toronto ON
The event takes place at 1220 Lake Ridge Road, Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada on August 29 and 30, 2026. It is an obstacle course fun run held over two days with an adjacent festival area.
The course is approximately 5K and includes more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may walk or run the course at their own pace.
Age and supervision rules: participants must be at least 7 years old to run the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow all course rules. Children 6 and under cannot run the course but may use the free kids zone, which includes a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house under adult supervision. Legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under 18.
Tickets include access to the run and festival and items such as a festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, free kids zone, and a free finish line photo; course photos are available for purchase. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors, and beer garden. The event page lists family passes and reduced rates for military and first responders with proof.
