The 5K Foam Fest - Edmonton, AB
The 5K Foam Fest is a 5 km obstacle-course fun run scheduled for June 19, 2027; the exact location will be announced. The course features over 25 optional obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
The event includes a festival area with music, food and local vendors, plus a beer garden. Participant amenities listed for individual entries include water stations, shower and change-room access, and festival wristband access. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and the beer garden.
Age and participation rules: the run is open to ages 7 and up. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. Children 6 and under cannot run the 5K but can use a free Kids FUN Zone with a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house under adult supervision. Waivers for participants under 18 must be signed by a legal guardian.
Registration and fees: the listed individual entry price is CA$58.05 and includes the run, festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, free finish-line photo, and access to the listed facilities. Entries are non-refundable; transfer options are available. Corporate and group rates are offered for groups of 10 or more.
