TF45 2.0 - HYROX SIM
This is a HYROX-style simulation held at The Fitness Academy Westshore in Victoria, BC, organized by F45 Training Langford. The event replicates an official HYROX race format using official HYROX equipment, weights, and the full race distance, but it is not an official HYROX race.
The format is doubles teams only. There were 154 tickets available and registration closed on Sept 2nd. Pricing listed at $190 per doubles team with one ticket required per team; registrations required both partner names and unisex shirt sizes and participants select a ticket based on estimated finish time. Participant benefits include event swag, finisher badges, and professional videography. The event program also lists a live DJ, flags, prizes for fastest teams and most creative outfits, and an official TF45 after party. The refund policy is no refunds. Age requirement is 18 and over.
The course uses both TFA Westshore and F45 Langford locations. The start and finish are at TFA Westshore and stations alternate between locations. Station exercises and distances include Ski 1000 m, Sled PULL 50 m, Row 1000 m, Lunge 100 m, Sled PUSH 50 m, Burpee Broad Jump 80 m, KB Farmers Carry 200 m, and Wall Balls 100 reps.
