About the race
TF45 2.0 is a HYROX style simulation presented by F45 Training Langford at The Fitness Academy Westshore in Victoria, BC on September 12, 2026. The event uses both TFA Westshore and F45 Langford to replicate an official HYROX race format while noting this is not an official HYROX race. It is an in person event for ages 18 and up. The format is doubles only.
Registration notes list 154 doubles tickets available and a price of $190 per doubles team; one ticket covers both partners and requires both partner names and unisex shirt sizes. Tickets and registration close September 2. On race day the event uses official HYROX equipment, weights and the full race distance. Participant amenities and on-site features include participant swag, finisher badges, professional videography, a live DJ, flags, prizes for fastest teams and most creative outfits, and an official TF45 after party.
Spectator tickets are available at no cost and are not required for competitors. Event map, event specific details including parking, and waiver forms will be emailed one week prior to the event. The race course lists eight runs and stations alternating between locations: - Run 1 / Station 1: Ski 1000 m - Run 2 / Station 2: Sled PUSH 50 m - Run 3 / Station 3: Sled PULL 50 m - Run 4 / Station 4: Burpee Broad Jump 80 m - Run 5 / Station 5: Row 1000 m - Run 6 / Station 6: KB Farmers Carry 200 m - Run 7 / Station 7: Lunge 100 m - Run 8 / Station 8: Wall Balls 100 reps.
