Texas Triple Running Event
The Texas Triple is a multi-day running event held at Bachman Lake in Dallas. Participants can choose to compete in a single race or complete a series over three consecutive days. The event is USATF sanctioned and features chip timing for all participants.
The course is primarily flat and fast, with two small climbs located at the dam and the start-finish area. Runners complete multiple loops of the lake to reach their chosen distance. The full marathon consists of 8 loops, while the half marathon consists of 4 loops preceded by a short out-and-back section.
Available distances and participation options include:
- Full Marathon (26.2 miles): Available as individual daily races or a three-day series.
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles): Available as individual daily races or a three-day series.
Registered participants receive one shirt for the series. A medal is awarded for each individual race completed, and a specific finisher medal is provided for those who complete the entire series. The event location offers easy access from Love Field or DFW airports. An aid station is available on-site to support runners throughout the event.
