Texas Independence Day 5K 2026 : Grand Prairie, TX
The Texas Independence Day 5K 2026 is the third annual edition of a community run and celebration organized by One Tribe Foundation. It takes place on March 1, 2026 at The Epic in Grand Prairie, located at 2960 Epic Place, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
The event features a 5K course that runs around a lake on a campus with miles of trails, nearby restaurants and outdoor space. Participants may race, run, ruck, or walk the course. The gathering includes music, refreshments and a Vendor Village with companies and organizations from across Texas. A Best Dressed award will be given and the winner receives a new pair of cowboy boots.
Registration pricing includes an early-bird rate of $35 until February 1, 2026, after which the price increases to $40. Registration includes the official 3rd Annual Texas Independence Day t-shirt and a race medal. The first 250 registrants will receive a swag bag. Kids aged 12 and under are priced at $10 and receive a t-shirt and medal. Discounted pricing is available for veterans, first responders and law enforcement.
Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, February 27 and 28, at One Tribe Foundation in Euless, TX at 1331 W. Airport Fwy, Ste 150. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
