Terry Fox Run: Edinburgh 2026
The Terry Fox Run in Edinburgh takes place on 27 September 2026 at Middle Meadow Walk in The Meadows. The event is hosted by Edinburgh Medics Run Club and marks the third year the event is held in Edinburgh. 2026 also coincides with the 46th anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope.
Participants can run, walk, or roll along measured routes. The event is free to enter and relies on optional donations to The Institute of Cancer Research. The event is non competitive and open to all.

- 5 km route around The Meadows
- 10 km route around The Meadows
