Temple to Temple Run : Ephraim to Manti
Temple to Temple Run is an inaugural half and full marathon held on October 24, 2026, from Ephraim to Manti, Utah. The event offers two distances:
- Half Marathon : 13.1 miles
- Full Marathon : 26.2 miles
Both courses use low-traffic rural roads and the west shoulder of US‑89, beginning near the Ephraim Utah Temple and finishing at Pioneer Heritage Gardens across from the Manti Utah Temple. The surface is mostly paved with gentle rolling terrain. Controlled crossings on SR‑89 are managed by hired law enforcement; there are no full roadway closures and runners remain on designated shoulders or paths.
Aid stations are provided along the courses (typically four to six) with water, electrolytes, and gels. The race is chip timed and results are posted online. Finish-line amenities include finisher medals, refreshments, photo opportunities at the Heritage Garden, and a community-minded post-race gathering.
Logistics include packet pick-up at the Sanpete Event Center in Manti on the day before the race and a limited pick-up option on race day. Participants must be 18 or have guardian consent. Safety protocols discourage headphones, prohibit bicycles, strollers, non-service animals, and weapons, and require adherence to event and traffic officials for runner safety.
Sponsorship options and tiered entry fees are offered to support local youth leadership and community programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
