Temple to Temple Run : Ephraim to Manti
The Temple to Temple Run is an inaugural race held on October 24, 2026, between Ephraim and Manti, Utah. It offers two measured distances on a scenic, low-traffic rural route that starts near the Ephraim Utah Temple and finishes at Pioneer Heritage Gardens across from the Manti Utah Temple.

- 13.1 miles half marathon
- 26.2 miles full marathon
Both courses use paved rural roads with gentle rolling terrain and clearly marked mile markers. Aid stations are provided approximately every 2–4 miles with water, electrolytes, gels, and basic first aid; EMS support will be on standby. The route remains on shoulders for portions of US‑89 with controlled crossings at SR‑89 managed by hired law enforcement; there are no full roadway closures.
Logistics note that packet pick-up is required and is available at the Sanpete Event Center the day before the race, with a limited race‑day pick-up option at the same location. Registration fees listed for a specified window are $120 for the half and $145 for the full; availability of race shirts is limited after September 24, 2026. Participants must be 18 or have guardian consent and follow posted safety rules; headphones and certain items are discouraged or prohibited. Results are chip-timed and posted online.
