Témis Zombies 2026

This themed running event takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in Laverlochère, Quebec. It is a "flee the zombies" style run. The event starts in the dark, from 8:00 PM.

The meeting point is the Laverlochère community hall at 11 Saint-Isidore Street. The race start is then near the tour de la Rigolade, with staggered wave starts of 30 participants each beginning at 9:00 PM.

The course is approximately 4 km long and includes a few surprise obstacles. The event lasts about one hour. Participants must have a headlamp (rental possible) and are given two flags. A horde of zombies attempts to steal these flags, which represent their lives.

To be declared a survivor, a participant must complete the course "in integrity" and have at least one flag intact at the finish. Three start waves are offered, named Frissons (9:00 PM), Cauchemardesque (9:05 PM), and Infernale (9:10 PM), with advice to choose based on one's natural running pace.
