Témis Zombies

Témis Zombies 2025 is a thrilling night-time running event held in Laverlochère, Quebec, Canada. Scheduled for April 26, 2025, participants navigate a roughly 3 km course featuring surprise obstacles, starting near the demolition tower. The race is a "Flee the Zombies" style challenge where about twenty zombies attempt to steal runners' flags, which represent their lives.

Competitors wear headlamps (available for rent) and carry two flags, aiming to complete the course intact with at least one flag to earn the "Survived" medal.
