The Telaya Wine Run is a 5k run/walk held on May 30, 2026 in Garden City, Idaho. The event starts and finishes at Telaya Wine Co., located at 240 E 32nd St, Garden City, ID 83714. The event is open to participants ages 1 to 99 and includes an on-site wine pour for eligible participants.
Logistics and entries
General registration lists a current price of $40 (youth price $25 for ages 1-20) with a noted earlier price and a later price increase date. The 5k is chip timed and scored by J3 Timing and results will be posted online at J3Timing.com. Packet pickup is available on race morning beginning one hour before the race. Street parking near the winery is limited; Kathryn Albertson Park and Esther Simplot Park offer public parking within walking distance. Additional parking is available at Stagecoach Inn but vehicles must be removed by 1pm.
Course, swag and awards
The course follows bike trails along the Boise River and returns to Telaya Wine Company. Registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine coaster, a chip-timed race bib, and a wine pour for eligible participants. Age group awards are offered to the top three finishers in 10-year categories and are available for pickup on race day only.
