Tears and Gears

Tears and Gears is a mountain duathlon held in Fernie, BC, Canada, supporting the Abi Moore Scholarship Fund. The event features trail running and mountain biking, with distances of 11 km run and 16 km bike for the classic race, and 5 km run and 5 km bike for youth categories. Participants can compete solo or in teams, with age categories starting from 7 years old.
