Team Marathon London
Team Marathon is a team-based running format in London where four people cover a full marathon together. The total distance is 26.2 miles, split roughly into 6.55 miles per person. This is not a traditional relay: all four team members start together, run on a looped circuit of grass and paths, and reunite at the finish. The official team finishing time is the sum of the four legs.
The course is a repeated circuit so runners and their supporters stay close to each other. The event includes on-course features such as stages, cheer zones, live music and DJs, and local food and drink trackside. Waves run through the afternoon so teams are given a start wave once confirmed.
Team entry includes a race pack and chip timing plus full access to the on-course party. Teams check in together, can drop bags, run their legs in whatever style they choose, and finish as a group.
