About the race
Team Marathon London is a team-based marathon event in London E20 1DY, UK, on Sat 22 May 2027. Four runners share the full marathon distance of 26.2 miles, with each person covering roughly 6.55 miles. The team starts and finishes together; this is not a traditional relay. The course is a circuit on grass and paths so teams loop the same track with supporters, cheer zones, stages, and music nearby.
Waves run through the afternoon. On-course features include live music, DJs, food and drink trackside, and multiple cheer zones and stages. Entries are sold per team. One team ticket covers four runners; the purchaser becomes the team captain and receives a link so teammates can add their details.
Team entries include a race pack, chip timing, and access to the on-course event area. Founding team tickets will be released in late August at a price of £26.20 per person and include limited edition merchandise. Individual tickets are planned for release later; solo runners will be able to join teams if needed. Payment plans are available across ticket types.
