TCS New York City Marathon Training Series 18M
This event is the second race in a two-race training series held in Central Park, Manhattan. It takes place on September 20, 2026, and is organized to support participants preparing for the TCS New York City Marathon on November 1. The course distance is 18 Miles.
The race is a scored event and is listed as a 9+1 program qualifier; a separate registration option without 9+1 credit is also offered. Entry fees for available options range from $0.00 to $37.01. Bibs include timing tags and may be picked up in advance at the NYRR RUNCENTER at 320 West 57th Street; specific pickup details will be provided closer to the event.
Event services include a bag check that accepts only clear bags no larger than 17" wide x 20" high x 7" deep. The NYRR Pace Team will provide pacers wearing blue-and-white singlets and carrying finish-time signs; pacers guide groups at target times and there is no fee to run with them. Live, unofficial runner tracking will be available through the event app and official results will be posted after the race.
