TCS New York City Marathon Training Series 12M
This event is a 12-mile training race hosted in Central Park (North Meadow Softball Field 8, East Drive, Manhattan, NY 10029). It is the first of two TCS New York City Marathon Training Series events intended to support preparation for the TCS New York City Marathon on November 1. The second event in the series is an 18-mile training race in Central Park on September 20.
The race is a scored event and is listed as a 9+1 program qualifier; a no-9+1 option is also shown. Entry fees are shown from $0.00 to $37.01. Pacers from the NYRR Pace Team will be available on course; team members wear blue-and-white singlets and carry signs with target finish times.
Race resources and services noted for participants include runner tracking via the NYRR app and official results posted after the event. Race numbers and timing tags may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub at 320 West 57th Street, with bib pickup policy and deadlines applying. Bag check will accept only clear bags no larger than 17" wide x 20" high x 7" deep with the tag affixed; NYRR is not responsible for lost or damaged items from checked bags.
