Run Rockaway Beach End of Summer Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K
The event will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Rockaway Beach, New York. All races share the same start and finish location at Beach 94th Street on the boardwalk.
The event offers three distances:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 5K
The course is held on the boardwalk. The Half Marathon is run as two loops on the boardwalk, heading west from Beach 94th Street to a turnaround at Beach 124th Street, then east to a turnaround at 54th Street, and back to Beach 94th Street. The full Marathon consists of four loops of this same course. The 5K is an out-and-back course along the boardwalk from Beach 94th Street west to Beach 124th Street and back.
Public parking is available in a lot on Beach 94th Street. Water and Gatorade will be available at several locations along the course. Participants receive a t-shirt and a medal.
