The Tater-Tot Trot is scheduled for March 8, 2026 at Sugar Land Memorial Park in Sugar Land, TX. The event program includes a Kid's Dash, a 5K, a 1 Mile, and a Virtual Option. Check-in, race activities, and course close occur on race day. Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped.
Events and registration
- Kid's Dash - free; a short 100–200 meter sprint.
- 5K - entry fee listed as $30; age group awards available.
- 1 Mile - entry fee listed as $15; untimed event with no age group awards.
- Virtual Option - entry fee listed as $40; shirt and medal shipped the week of the race.
Registration includes an event-themed participation t-shirt (for 5K and 1 Mile) and a custom finisher medal (for 5K and 1 Mile). To guarantee t-shirt size, register by February 21. The 5K offers age group awards four deep across standard male/female divisions and platinum medals for overall and masters/grand masters categories. Kid dash participants run free but may purchase a t-shirt and finisher medal as add-ons. Volunteer roles are available and include a code for a free race entry as a thank you.
