Tarentino Strong 5K
Tarentino Strong is a community road event held in Auburn, MA on June 14, 2026 at the Auburn Elks Lodge, 754 Southbridge Street. The event program includes a main 5K run or walk and a Kids Fun Run for children age 8 and under.
The 5K course starts in the Auburn Elks parking lot, proceeds onto Route 12, turns onto Warren Avenue and Bryn Mawr, continues past Leicester Street where participants turn around, then returns to the Elks parking lot for a total of 3.1 miles. Chip timing, live results, and free finish line photos are provided. Raffles and a DJ are listed as part of the event activities. Parking is available at the Elks and additional nearby lots.
Participant policies note that dogs are not allowed on the race route except service animals, and strollers are permitted with walkers. Custom race shirts are available to early registrants while supplies last, and personalized bibs are guaranteed to 5K participants who registered on or before May 12. Entry fees are non refundable.
Several competition divisions are offered, including a Uniform Challenge for law enforcement, firefighters, and military with specified uniform requirements, a wheelchair division for independent or pushed athletes, and a team division. Awards are planned for top overall finishers, top Uniform Challenge finishers, and age group winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
