Tallahassee Trick or Trot 5K and Fun Run
The Tallahassee Trick or Trot on October 31, 2026 consists of a community 5K and a one mile fun run for children. Both events start and finish at the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch, located at 5601 Capital Circle SE in Tallahassee, and use the paved Capital Circle Trail.
The Trick or Trot 5K follows a scenic out and back course toward the Southwood community. The course is described as primarily flat with gentle rolling terrain. During the final half mile, participants pass a series of Halloween themed candy stations offering both sweet treats and healthy snacks.
The Trick or Trot Fun Run is a one mile event for children ages 12 and under. Its course is a safe out and back of a half mile out and a half mile back along the paved trail.
The event is presented by Supreme Athletic Services. Registration opens July 17, 2026 and closes October 9, 2026. Fees listed for the events include twenty five dollars for the 5K and twenty dollars for the Fun Run. Costumes are encouraged and participants may show local team spirit with Florida State University or Florida A&M University attire. Proceeds will benefit the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch and support youth athletic equipment and related programming. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
