Tallahassee Trick or Trot 5K and Fun Run
The Tallahassee Trick or Trot takes place on October 31, 2026, and includes a community 5K and a one-mile fun run for children. Both events start and finish at the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch at 5601 Capital Circle SE and use the paved Capital Circle Trail.
Distances:
- 1 mile fun run for children ages 12 and under, out-and-back course (half-mile out, half-mile back).
- 5K out-and-back course along the paved Capital Circle Trail toward the Southwood area.
The 5K course is primarily flat with gentle rolling terrain. During the final half mile, participants encounter Halloween-themed candy stations offering sweet treats and healthy snacks. The one-mile event follows a short, safe out-and-back on the same trail.
The event is produced by Supreme Athletic Services. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $20.00 for the fun run and $25.00 for the 5K. Proceeds will benefit the Charlie Ward Champions Ranch to help purchase youth athletic equipment. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes or local university spirit attire to reflect the game day atmosphere in Tallahassee.
