Tallahassee Beer Mile
The 2026 Tallahassee Beer Mile takes place on August 7, 2026 at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, 505 W Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301. The event is restricted to participants aged 21 and older.
The race distance is one mile divided into four quarter mile loops around the festival venue. Competitors consume a 12 oz beer before each loop, for a total of four beers and four running laps.
Registration opens May 3, 2026 and closes August 1, 2026. Early registration through August 1 has a fee of $30 and includes a custom race shirt. Race day registration fee is $35 and does not include a shirt. Early packet pickup is Wednesday, August 5, from 5 to 7 PM at Fleet Feet on Thomasville Road. Race day packet pickup and day of registration open at 5 PM at the Tuck.
Awards are planned for Top Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, Grandmasters Male and Female, Rucker, Vendor Rep, Best Individual Costume, Best Team Costume, and Best Toss of Cookies. Winners receive gift cards to Fleet Feet, a Hop Passport, and access to the Tallahassee Brewers Appreciation Party, which includes unlimited tasting and food and an opportunity to meet the brewers.
Participants may present their race bib at the festival box office to receive 40% off day of General Access admission to the Tallahassee Beer Festival. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
