Talk Pirate to Me 5K/10K/Half - St. George
This pirate themed running event takes place on September 12, 2026 at Cottonwood Cove Park and offers three distance options. The event celebrates International Talk Like a Pirate Day and includes both in-person and virtual participation options.

All races are chip timed. Finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Water stations will be available approximately every 1.5 miles. Half Marathon participants must maintain at least a 16 minute per mile pace.
Awards are presented in all three distances to the top three male and female finishers in traditional five-year age groups.
Registration windows and fees are published with multiple pricing tiers. Regular registration ends 09/05 with listed fees for each distance and a no-shirt discount; late registration ends 09/11; race day registration is also offered. Participants registered by 09/02 (except No Shirt entries) are guaranteed race swag in their size while supplies last.
The virtual race option allows participants to complete their distance remotely, submit results online, and view results after the event date.
