Overview
The 2nd Annual TALI Sadlers Creek Off-Road Duathlon is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Sadlers Creek Park in Anderson, SC (940 Sadlers Creek Rd, Anderson, SC 29626). The event includes an adult sprint off-road duathlon, a youth super sprint off-road duathlon, and an off-road duathlon relay. Age ranges are specified for each event: the adult sprint is open to ages 15 and up, the youth event to ages 6 to 14, and the relay to ages 17 and up. The event charity is New Foundations Home for Children in Anderson, SC. The event fee includes park admission for the athlete.
Course and logistics
The transition area will be in the grassy field near the main park office, and each leg starts and finishes from that area. The adult course begins with a trail run that goes toward the boat ramp, follows wide single-track trails, returns to transition, continues with an off-road bike leg along the water's edge and through woods near the camping area and Persimmon Beach with multiple loops, then finishes with a final trail run toward the boat ramp and near the park office. Trails are mostly wide single track and allow mountain or gravel bikes; the route includes several whoop-whoops. Transition and packet pickup are located near the park office.
