Event overview
The Tahquamenon Falls to Falls Trail Run takes place on September 19, 2026 in Paradise, MI (41382 West M-123). The event is a 9 mile trail run that goes from the Upper Tahquamenon Falls to the Lower Tahquamenon Falls and returns, crossing a pedestrian bridge to complete a counter-clockwise island loop as part of the course. Michigan recreation passes are required to enter the park. Yooper Running Company will host and time the event. The race is limited to 100 participants; once sold out registration will close and there is no waiting list or refunds.
Course, services and rules
The course follows a connector trail to a nature trail, then the North Country Trail (blue blazes) and the pedestrian bridge; the aid station is located at the pedestrian bridge just before the four-mile mark. Water, Gatorade, snacks, and a range of packaged foods will be available at the aid station; a broader set of food and drinks will be available at the finish. Overall awards and age-group awards include custom awards and gift cards to Tahquamenon Brewery. A t-shirt option is available for an additional $15 and all finishers receive a medal.
Safety protocols state the trail is technical with significant elevation change and seasonal slipperiness. Running with dogs or strollers is not allowed. Participants must carry a cellular device and will not be allowed to finish if they do not reach the aid station within 90 minutes; those who cannot continue must arrange pickup or pay for a shuttle.

Early packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, September 18 (outside Tahquamenon Brewery under the pavilion); additional pickup is available on race morning.
