Tahqua Trail Run : Paradise, Michigan
Tahqua Trail Run takes place on Saturday, August 8, 2026 in Paradise, Michigan and offers the following distances:

Courses start on the Tahqua Trail near Tahqua Trail Road, 4.3 miles west of M-123, and travel along forest roads and single-track sections of the North Country Trail. Terrain includes spruce swale, pine ridges, lush bogs, Jack Pine savannah, and sections past Camp 10 and Water Tank lakes. Runners pass Lower Tahquamenon Falls roughly nine and a half miles into the longer courses and follow the River Trail along the Tahquamenon River through stands of old growth hemlock and yellow birch, finishing near the Upper Tahquamenon Falls.
Aid stations are located roughly every 4 to 5 miles, are mostly vehicle accessible, and are stocked with cold water and electrolyte drink. Participants are required to carry a 20 oz water bottle or other functional hydration system that can be refilled at aid stations. Additional logistics include bus transport to start locations from the finish area or downtown Paradise, a drop bag tent near the start and finish area, and parking at Valley Spur.
Field size is limited to 250 runners. All finishers receive a commemorative award and custom finisher medallion; podium awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
