About the race
TAC Multisport runs a five session swim-run clinic series that leads to the inaugural Splash & Dash race on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Each clinic lasts 45 minutes and focuses on practical skills for swim-run events. The clinics take place on Sundays with these focuses: August 30 covers run fundamentals including running mechanics, pacing and swimming to running transitions; September 13 covers open water skills such as sighting, buoy turns and group swimming; September 27 focuses on transitions out of the water and gear preparation; October 4 combines swim-run training with race preparation and a course preview; October 18 is a race day refresher and course review. Clinics are open to the public and do not require TAC TITANS membership; masters swimmers, parents and the broader community are welcome. The race is held at TAC with a swim in the outdoor pool followed by an out and back run course.
