2026 T4G (Thanks For Giving) 5k/10k
The T4G (Thanks For Giving) 5k/10k returns for its 12th edition in Exeter, New Hampshire. This annual event takes place on Thanksgiving Day and is presented by the Exeter Run Club in collaboration with the Southern District YMCA. The event is organized to promote running and a healthy lifestyle within the local community.
The course is set through the town of Exeter, starting and ending at the Exeter Area YMCA on Linden Street. The route is designed to be flat and fast. Participants have a two hour course limit to complete their chosen distance. Available distances include:
- 5 km
- 10 km
Registration is open to individual runners, with discounted rates available for participants under 18 years of age. A specific family registration option is also available for the 5 km distance. Participants who register before October 27 receive a race shirt.
