Event Overview
The US Road Running Medal Madness event takes place on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in Augusta, Georgia. The race start and finish is at the Mill Village Trailhead, located at 109 Eve St. Parking is available at the trailhead and by nearby Ann Boardman Park.
Race Distances
The event offers three race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
All three distances start together.
Course Details
All courses are out-and-back routes within the park.
- The 5K involves running the out-and-back course once.
- The 10K involves running the same out-and-back course twice.
- The Half Marathon involves running the same out-and-back course four times.
A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies for all distances.
Registration and Logistics
All participants must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
