Swindon Half Marathon - 27 September 2026
The Swindon Half Marathon takes place in Swindon on 27 September 2026 and supports Prospect Hospice. The event uses a closed road route through Swindon and the surrounding countryside, passing the villages of Wanborough, Badbury and Medbourne.
The course is mostly flat for the first 5 miles, miles 5 to 10 are undulating, and the route finishes with a downhill section. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned along the course to guide and encourage participants.
Event features include a unique finishers medal, post event goodies and local support. There is an event village with food and drink options and free items provided by partners at the finish line. Organisers state a focus on sustainability and have information on measures they are taking.
