Course, team format and organisers
The 5K course is entirely within downtown Tulsa. The 15K course crosses downtown and uses flatter sections of the Riverparks Trail system. Couples team entries require a minimum of two people; each runner competes individually and the organisers combine finish times to create a team time. Team times are ranked and prizes are awarded for first place. The couples format is not a relay and teams do not need to run together.
The event is organised by Golden Driller Racing. Golden Driller Racing is an RRCA registered event management company and is insured to provide race-related services. Where appropriate, the organiser uses USATF certified courses and sanctions road races eligible for state records through USATF. Kilwins Tulsa is listed as an award sponsor.
