Swedish Days Lopp
Swedish Days Lopp is a community 5K run and walk held in Geneva, Illinois, on June 27, 2026. The event takes place at Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve, 719 South Batavia Avenue, and is presented by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce. It is part of the broader Swedish Days festival running June 24 to June 28, 2026.

Packet pick up is available before race day and on race day. Pre race packet pick up is scheduled at Dick Pond Athletics in St. Charles on June 25 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Race day packet pick up and on site registration occur at Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve on the morning of the event.
Awards are given to first place overall male and female and to age group winners. Age group categories span from 10 and under through 70 and over. All children in the kids dash receive a Viking helmet and a finisher's medal; the kids dash does not include a race shirt.
The Swedish Days festival includes a craft beer tent, a carnival, a Kids' Day, nightly entertainment, a parade, merchant sales and food stands offering Swedish and American menus. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
