Swedish Days Lopp

The Swedish Days Lopp is a 5K run/walk and a Kids Dash. The event takes place at the Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve on South Batavia Avenue in Geneva, Illinois.

Packet pickup is available the Thursday before the race at Dick Pond Athletics in St. Charles, Illinois. Race-day packet pickup and registration are also available.

Awards are given for first place overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are offered across ten categories from 10 & under to 70 & over. All children in the Kids Dash receive a Viking helmet and a finisher's medal.

The event is part of the larger Swedish Days Festival, a multi-day community celebration in late June that marks the area's Swedish heritage. The event is presented by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
