Swedish Days Lopp
Swedish Days Lopp is a 5K run and walk held in Geneva, Illinois, at Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve, 719 South Batavia Avenue. The event is presented by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and takes place during the Swedish Days Festival on June 24 to June 28, 2026. The race date is June 27, 2026.
The event program includes the following race options:

- Kids Dash for age 10 and under
Packet pick up is offered before race day at Dick Pond Athletics in St. Charles and on race day at Gunnar Anderson Forest Preserve. Viking helmets are offered as event merchandise and are described as fitting most adults.
Awards are given for First Place Overall male and female, plus age group awards for male and female in these categories: 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over. All children in the Kids Dash receive a Viking helmet and a finisher medal; the Kids Dash does not include a race shirt.
