Sweat, Swat, n' Swear - Inverness, FL
Sweat, Swat, n' Swear is a trail running event held at Holder Mine Campground in Inverness, Florida, using the A, B, and C loops of the Citrus Tract in Withlacoochee State Forest. Courses are single-loop for all distances and are marked with orange and pink tape plus occasional signage. The overall cut-off time for all races is 4:30 PM.

Aid and hydration are provided by three full aid stations with food and drinks approximately every 8 to 9 miles, plus two water-only hydration stations. Aid station supplies include water, GU Roctane, soda, pickle juice, chips, PB&J, fruit, and ice. Specific mile markers for aid and water stations are provided for each distance; drop bag service for the 50K is located at Aid Station 2 (visited twice for 50K runners at mile markers 14.2 and 27.6). Volunteers transport drop bags and return them to the finish line twice during the race.
Packet pickup is offered the day before and on the morning of the event at Holder Mine Campground. All participants are required to carry a personal hydration method such as a handheld, waist pack, or vest due to expected hot conditions. Camping near the start is available through Reserve America. All finishers receive a custom finisher award and a post-race picnic is held at the campground. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
