Sweat Swat n Swear - Inverness, FL
Sweat, Swat n Swear is a trail race held at Holder Mine Campground in Inverness, Florida on Sunday, May 24, 2026. The event uses a single-loop course that combines the A, B, and C loops of the Citrus Tract in the Withlacoochee State Forest. Trails will be marked with orange, pink, and white tape and occasional signage. The cut-off time for all races is 4:30 PM.

Packet pickup occurs the day before and the morning of the race at Holder Mine Campground. Organizers provide three full aid stations with food and drinks approximately every 8–10 miles and three hydration-only stations about every 5 miles. Aid station supplies listed include water, GU Roctane, soda, pickles, chips, PB&J, fruit, and ice. All participants must carry a hydration method such as a handheld, waist pack, or vest; organizers note hot conditions and emphasize proper hydration.
Drop bag service will be provided; bags should be small, clearly labeled, and will be transported by volunteers. Drop bags will be returned to the finish line twice during the race. Every finisher receives a custom finisher award and there is a post-race picnic at the campground. Camping at Holder Mine Campground is available through Reserve America.
