Sweat, Swat n Swear - Inverness, FL
Sweat, Swat n Swear is a trail running event organized by A1 Ultra Events at Holder Mine Campground in Inverness, Florida. The event offers single loop courses that use the A, B, and C loops of the Citrus Tract in the Withlacoochee State Forest, with all races starting and finishing at the campground.

Course and support details note single loop layouts for all distances, marked trails with orange and pink tape plus occasional signage, and a course cutoff of 4:30 PM. Aid and hydration support includes three full aid stations providing food and drinks roughly every 8 to 9 miles, and two hydration stations offering water only. Typical aid station supplies listed are water, GU Roctane, soda, pickle juice, chips, PB&J, fruit, and ice.
Logistics include drop bags handled at Aid Station 2 with specific mileage access for 50K runners, and drop bags being returned to the finish line twice during the event. Camping at Holder Mine Campground is available through Reserve America. The event has a no refund policy but offers a rollover credit of 75 percent toward the following year if claimed up to seven days before the race.
