Sweat, Swat ‘n Swear : Inverness, FL
The event features three single-loop trail races all starting and finishing at Holder Mine Campground in the Citrus Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest. Courses use the A, B, and C loops and are marked with orange, pink, and white trail tape plus occasional signs.
Distances:
- 50K single-loop using the A B and C loops
- 25K single-loop using the A B and C loops
- 10M single-loop using the A B and C loops
Aid and hydration support is provided on course. There are several full aid stations with food and drinks and additional hydration-only stations. Hydration and food stations are spaced roughly every 5 miles for water and about 8 miles between fully staffed food stations. Participants are required to carry a handheld, waist pack, or hydration pack. The race cut-off time is 4:30 PM.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Holder Mine Campground the day before and the morning of the races. Drop bag details and drop bag location will be announced before race day; volunteers transport gear and drop bags are returned to the finish area at designated times during the event.
Finishers receive a finisher award and a post-race picnic is held at the campground. Camping is available at Holder Mine Campground via Reserve America reservations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
