Swazi 5K
The Swazi 5K is an annual fundraising event organized by Bethany First Church of the Nazarene in Bethany, Oklahoma. In 2026 the event marks its 18th year and raises funds for ministries in Eswatini and for local ministries in Bethany.

The offering includes in-person runs and walks and virtual participation options, including a virtual 5K run/walk and a virtual bike ride. Organizers note a seventy-five minute time limit on the 5K run/walk due to roads reopening.
The running course is certified (OK-09054-DG); it starts and finishes on the campus of Southern Nazarene University and loops through neighborhoods in Bethany. Participant packet pickup is scheduled on the two days before the event and on race day.
The event supports the Eswatini Partnership, a collaboration of Nazarene churches, health institutions, NCM Africa, Bethany First Church of the Nazarene, and Southern Nazarene University. The partnership works with local leaders and communities in Eswatini to address public health and social challenges, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, noncommunicable diseases, and prevention of domestic abuse affecting women and children.
