Event Details
The Swartz Creek Challenge 5K takes place on May 28, 2026. The event features two 5K options: a Run/Walk and a Competitive Walk. Both courses start and finish at Swartz Creek High School, located at 1 Dragon Drive in Swartz Creek, Michigan. Race timing is provided by Mid Michigan Timing using RFID chip technology.
Registration
General registration for each event costs $18. A special rate of $5 is available for students 18 years of age and under. Early registration ends on May 21st. Registration is also available on the day of the event. Participants in the Crim Training Program have the option to register online. Checks for registration should be made payable to Riverbend Striders.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup is available in the days before the race at Bauman's Running & Walking Shop in Flint, Michigan. Packets can also be picked up on race day at Swartz Creek High School.
