Swartz Creek Challenge 5K
The event takes place on June 3, 2027 at Swartz Creek High School, 1 Dragon Drive, Swartz Creek, MI 48473. It offers two 5K formats: a Run/Walk event and a Competitive Walk. The Competitive Walk is restricted to walkers only; entrants in that event may not run.
Registration opens on April 21, 2027 and closes on May 27, 2027. Early registration ends May 22. The listed registration fee is $18.00. The event notes that Crim Training Program participants can register online, a change introduced in 2025.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Bauman's Running and Walking Shop, 1473 W. Hill Rd., Flint, MI 48507 on Wednesday, May 28 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Thursday, May 29 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Packets will also be available at Swartz Creek High School starting at 4:30 PM on race day.
Paper and mail entry options are provided. Mail entries can be sent to Swartz Creek 5K, P.O. Box 233, Flushing, MI 48433. Paper forms may be dropped off at Bauman's Running and Walking Shop at the address above. Checks for paper entries should be made payable to Riverbend Striders.
