Mizuno Swansea Half Marathon 2027
The Mizuno Swansea Half Marathon is a coastal half marathon held in Swansea on 21 March 2027. The route runs between the city centre and the seaside village of Mumbles, passing landmarks such as Swansea Arena, Brangwyn Hall, Swansea Castle and Swansea Museum. Runners follow a largely coastal course with about 5 miles of shoreline views across Swansea Bay.
The course has an elevation gain of approximately 36 metres and is described by the organiser as flat and fast. Roads are fully closed for the event and both the start and finish are located in the heart of the city. Race features include Brecon Carreg water stations approximately every 3 miles, pacers across a range of finish times, and published training plans. The event is UKA licensed and AIMS certified, and the organiser notes the race is wheelchair friendly. A bespoke medal made from 100% recycled zinc is awarded to finishers.
The event is organised by Front Runner Events Limited with Mizuno as headline partner. Additional options linked to the race include virtual entry, an elite entry category, a family fun run and a corporate challenge. Results and race media such as photos and route information are published after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
