SW5K: Race information
The SW5K takes place on August 30, 2026, at 14605 SW Weir Rd, Beaverton, OR 97007. It is part of the Outdoor Sundays Event Series at SWBible and includes multiple participant options on the same day.

The event provides bag check for all participants and on-site 5K check-in and registration on the event day. Online registration is open through August 29. Unisex shirts are available for purchase at the event for $10. Entry fees for the 5K run and 5K walk are $5 through August 16 and $10 afterward.
Awards are organized by age division and overall placement. There are 11 male and 11 female age divisions with first-place medals in each division: under 12, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-43, 44-49, 50-59, and 60 and better. One male and one female Para Athlete medal are awarded. Larger medals are given to the top three overall male and top three overall female finishers in the 5K run. Official results will be posted online.
The 5K course is laid out through a suburban setting on lightly used roadways with sidewalks and neighborhood asphalt trails. A hydration station is located along Teal at about the halfway point. Course support and intersection security are provided by the Beaverton Police Department and the City of Beaverton provided event permitting and counsel.
