About the race
The Surrey Half Marathon, 5k and Junior Race takes place on 21 March 2027 at Woking Leisure Centre, Woking Park, Kingfield Road, GU22 9BA.

The half marathon follows a professionally marked and measured single loop from central Woking into the surrounding countryside and records approximately 88 m of elevation gain. The course uses flat tarmac roads in and around Woking. The 5K uses parts of the half marathon route and starts and finishes under the main event gantry. The junior race finishes at the same location and receives finish-line refreshments.
Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post race goodies and a secure bag drop. The half marathon has three water stations spaced along the course and water is available at the finish. The 5K and junior races do not pass a water station on course but receive water at the finish.
Event facilities include an event village with live local performances, aid stations and spectator areas. There will be portable toilets at the event village and along the half marathon route near the first and third water stations. A secure baggage room is available inside the leisure centre; baggage tags attach to race numbers for collection.
Accessibility notes: buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome. Dogs are not permitted to run but are allowed in the event village on a lead. An optional event t shirt is available for an extra cost and comes in sizes XS to XXL.
