Surf Coast Century - Anglesea, Victoria, 12 September 2026
The Surf Coast Century is a trail running event held in Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria on 12 September 2026. The event offers multiple race formats over coastal and hinterland terrain, including ultra distances, relay options and a short kids run.
Distances and formats:
- 100 km solo
- 50 km solo
- Relay teams of 2, 3 or 4 including a 4x25 km option
- 2.5 km kids race
The courses run along sea cliffs, remote beaches, forest sections and wildflower hinterland. Checkpoints and support services are provided along the route, with a variety of food options noted at checkpoints including hot, cold, gluten free and vegan choices. The event uses a start process designed to reduce congestion and provides an extensive recovery area in the event expo.
Finishers of solo and relay races receive medals. Parts of the route are lined by spectators and supporters. The event also features post-race celebrations on the Sunday following the race.
