Across the Dam Superkwik Half-Marathon 2026
The Across the Dam Superkwik Half-Marathon is a 13.1-mile road race held in the Allegheny National Forest area on October 10, 2026. The event is sponsored by United Refining Company/Kwikfill and the Warren YMCA and uses a point-to-point course that begins at Kinzua Beach on Route 59 and finishes behind War Memorial Field/YMCA in Warren.
The route runs roughly four miles along Route 59 to Kinzua Dam, crosses the dam, descends toward Hemlock Avenue and continues through rolling sections into the city of Warren via Pennsylvania Avenue, Irvine Street, Lexington Avenue, and Carver Street to the finish. Five water stations are positioned at intervals of about every 2 to 2.5 miles; the third station supplies Gatorade. A three-hour finishing cap applies to the race.
Registration is open through race day, with online registration available through October 9. The entry fee is $50 per runner. Long sleeve T-shirts are guaranteed for runners who register before October 1, 2026. Race packets may be picked up at the Warren YMCA on October 9 or at the race start on October 10.
Prizes are awarded for the first male and female to reach Kinzua Dam, first male and female finishers, and the top three overall finishers in each age division (19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+). Runners are asked to be dropped off at the start; limited bus transportation from the Warren YMCA to the start is available with advance seat reservation by October 1.
