The course is located within the Allegheny National Forest and begins at Kinzua Beach, following Route 59 toward Kinzua Dam and crossing the dam. Five water stations are placed approximately every 2 to 2.5 miles on the course; the third station provides Gatorade. There is a three hour cap for finishing the race. Race packets are available for pickup at the Warren YMCA on October 9 or at the race start area on October 10. Long sleeve T shirts are guaranteed for runners who register before October 1, 2026. Runners are asked to be dropped off at the start; limited bus transportation from the Warren YMCA to Kinzua Beach is available and requires a reserved seat by October 1. The event notes a registration fee of $50 per runner. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
