Event Overview
The Superhuman Games is an outdoor functional fitness competition. It involves five 20-minute workouts throughout the day, each focusing on a different fitness aspect.

Categories
Participants can enter in several team formats:
- Team of 4: Two men and two women.
- Mixed Pairs: One man and one woman.
- Women's Pairs: Two women.
- Men's Pairs: Two men.
Each category includes age group divisions based on the combined age of the team members. The workouts are newly designed each year and released 12 weeks before the event.
The Workouts
Each of the five workouts follows a set theme, though specific movements change annually:
- Strength & Honour: Focuses on heavy lifting with objects like tires and sandbags.
- Brutal Beat Down: Uses bodyweight and full-body movements.
- Unconventional Beast: Involves carrying odd objects like logs, blocks, or kegs.
- Assault Course: Features a military-style obstacle course completed in a team relay format.
- VO2 Max: A high-intensity workout typically involving running, rucking, and hill sprints.
The goal in each workout is to complete as many laps as possible within the 20-minute time limit.
Additional Information
Prizes are awarded for the top three performers in each category and age group. Participants can manage their bookings, including deferring entries or transferring them to someone else, through an online account.
