Superheroes Triumph 5K

The Superheroes Triumph 5K is an annual run, walk, and roll held in Orange County. The 2026 edition takes place on October 3 at Mason Regional Park, 18712 University Dr, Irvine, CA 92612. The event is open to people of all ages and abilities and directs 100% of proceeds to the Triumph Foundation to support services for people living with paralysis.

The course is described as fast with gentle rolling terrain. Participant features include a finisher medal, race bib, chip timed results with real time tracking, and pre and post race snacks. Each participant also receives a cape and a cape decorating station will be available. Event features include a best costume contest and a CHALLENGE for people with spinal cord injury who are ambulatory to set a personal walking goal and attempt to cross the finish line, whether by walking, rolling, or a combination of both. Parking at the park may carry a small cost. Entry pricing noted on the event page lists a pre sale fee of $50, an event day fee of $60, and a rate of $1 for children 12 and under when accompanied by a paid adult registration.
