Superheroes Triumph 5K
The Superheroes Triumph 5K is an annual run, walk, and roll in Orange County organized by the Triumph Foundation. The event takes place at Mason Regional Park in Irvine on October 3, 2026. It is open to participants of all ages and abilities and directs 100% of net proceeds to Triumph Foundation programs that support people living with paralysis.
The course is described as fast with gentle rolling terrain and the event is chip timed with real time results. Participant amenities include a finisher’s medal, race bib, pre and post race snacks, and a cape; a cape decorating station is provided onsite. The event features a Best Costume Contest and an inclusive CHALLENGE for ambulatory participants with spinal cord injury to walk as far as they are able, whether a few steps or the full distance, with the opportunity to mix walking and rolling and to aim to cross the finish line on foot.
Pricing information notes a pre sale fee and an at event fee, and that children 12 and under may register for one dollar with a paid adult registration. Parking at the park may carry a small cost.
