Superheroes Triumph 5K - Orange County
Superheroes Triumph 5K is Triumph Foundation’s annual run, walk, and roll taking place in Orange County on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The event is held at Mason Regional Park in Irvine, and it is open to people of all ages and abilities. One hundred percent of event proceeds benefit Triumph Foundation to support people living with paralysis.
The event features a chip-timed 5K course described as a fast, gentle rolling route. Participant items include a finisher’s medal, race bib, race snacks, and a superhero cape. Additional on-site elements include a cape decorating station and a Best Costume Contest for dressed participants.
A specific CHALLENGE invites ambulatory participants with spinal cord injury to walk as far as they are able, whether that means a few steps or the full 5K, with the option to combine walking and rolling. Race fees listed are $50 pre-sale and $60 at the event, with children 12 and under racing for $1 with a paid adult registration. Parking may involve a small cost.
