Superheroes Triumph 5K
The Superheroes Triumph 5K is an annual community run, walk, and roll taking place in Orange County on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Mason Regional Park in Irvine, California. The event is open to people of all ages and abilities and is organized to raise funds for Triumph Foundation. One hundred percent of proceeds benefit the foundation and its programs that support veterans, children, and adults living with paralysis.
The course is described as a fast, gentle rolling 5K and the event is chip timed with real time results. Participant items include a finisher’s medal, race bib, pre and post race snacks, and a cape. A cape decorating station will be available. The event also features a best costume contest and a special challenge inviting ambulatory participants with spinal cord injury to walk as far as they are able, whether for a few steps or the full 5K; participants may walk and/or roll portions and are encouraged to cross the finish line.
