Superheroes Triumph 5K - Orange County
The Superheroes Triumph 5K is an annual run, walk, and roll organized by Triumph Foundation. It takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Mason Regional Park in Irvine, California (18712 University Dr). The event is open to people of all ages and abilities and is intended to support veterans, children, and adults living with paralysis.
The course is described as a fast, gentle rolling 5K suitable for running, walking, or rolling. Participants receive a finisher’s medal, race bib, chip timing with real time results, pre- and post-race snacks, and a cape. A cape decorating station will be available and there is a Best Costume Contest for superhero attire.
Triumph Foundation states that 100% of event proceeds benefit the organization. The event includes a CHALLENGE for ambulatory participants with spinal cord injury to set a personal walking goal, and participants may walk and/or roll portions of the course with the goal of crossing the finish line.
Pricing listed for the event is $50 pre-sale, $60 at the event, and children 12 and under may race for $1 with a paid adult registration.
