Superheroes Triumph 5K
The Superheroes Triumph 5K is an annual charity run, walk, and roll organized by Triumph Foundation in Orange County. The event is scheduled for October 3, 2026, at Mason Regional Park in Irvine, California. It is open to people of all ages and abilities and promotes participation in whatever form is appropriate for each person.
The course is described as a fast, gentle rolling 5K and the event uses chip timing with real-time results. Participant items include a finisher's medal, race bib, pre and post race snacks, and a cape. A cape decorating station will be available, and a Best Costume Contest recognizes notable superhero attire.
There is a CHALLENGE for ambulatory people with spinal cord injury: participants are encouraged to set a personal walking goal for the day, whether a few steps or the full 5K, and they may walk, roll, or do both. Registration prices listed are $50 pre-sale and $60 at the event, and children 12 and under can race for $1 with a paid adult registration. Parking may require a small fee.
