Superhero Tri is a multi-distance inclusive triathlon held at Dorney Lake, Eton College Rowing Centre in Windsor on 15 August 2026. The event offers individual entries, team relays, and the option for Sidekick teammates to tow, push or pull a participant around the course. Solo entrants or at least one team member are expected to consider themselves to have a disability of any kind.
Adaptive equipment is accepted across all stages. For the swim, participants may use flippers, floats or be towed in a vessel on the water; organisers request prior notification for vessels. For the cycle, adaptive bikes and wheelchairs are permitted. For the push or run stage, baby buggies, race runners and powerchairs are welcomed. There are no cut off times and a wide range of equipment is allowed on course.
A Celebrity Superhero Tri relay is part of the day and has featured visiting team captains in past editions. Each registered solo entrant and each team member receives a memento medal, a Super Kit Bag and a finisher's T shirt. A superhero outfit is the suggested dress code.

- Sprint Superhero Tri: Swim 150 m, Bike 3 km, Push/run 1 km
- Half Superhero Tri: Swim 400 m, Bike 10 km, Push/run 2.5 km
- Full Superhero Tri: Swim 750 m, Bike 20 km, Push/run 5 km
