Event overview
The SuperHero SuperDash is a 5k and 10k road event on April 25, 2026, held at Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC (5220 16th St NW). Distances offered:

The 5k is an out-and-back route. The 10k is two laps. The course is paved and described as mostly flat with one considerable hill. Walkers and strollers are welcome. A virtual race option is available.
Logistics and services
Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (drifit) event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before April 15; extra shirts may be available after that date on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees listed: 5k : $30 until March 31 ($35 after); 10k : $45 until March 31 ($50 after). Price will increase on race morning by $5 for each distance.
Water stations: five on the 10k course (approx. miles 0.6, 2.5, 3.1, 3.7, 5.6) and two on the 5k course (approx. miles 0.6, 2.5); Gatorade will be available at some stations. Restrooms are located across from the Tennis Center. Packet pickup is available at the event; organizers recommend arriving about one hour before the race. Parking is at Rock Creek Park Tennis Center (GPS 38.954573, -77.039066).
Live results will be posted on Athlinks and final results with series points will be posted the Monday after the race. The event benefits Paws for Purple Hearts. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
