Superhero for Hope 8th Annual Run/Walk 5K
Superhero for Hope 8th Annual Run/Walk 5K is presented by the Medical Society of Delaware and staged at Rockford Park in Wilmington, DE on October 10, 2026. The event supports the MSD Campaign for Kids, an initiative focused on seven issues affecting youth: obesity, bullying, violence, making intelligent decisions, opioid abuse, underage drinking, and suicide. Proceeds support counseling, school programs, and related youth services.
The course starts and finishes near Rockford Tower. The route includes one loop of the park, follows Tower Drive to Penna Avenue with a turnaround at A.I.
