SuperH 5K Run, Walk and Wheel
The event takes place on September 20, 2026, at OneLife Fitness Tysons, 8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA 22102. It offers both an in-person event at the race site and a virtual option that allows participants to complete and report their results within a week.

- 5K - running, wheelchair, handcycle, recumbent bike, MedStar employee category
- 1K - Fun Run (untimed)
The event raises support for the Adaptive Sports programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, which provide recreational and competitive sports opportunities for children and adults with physical disabilities. A commemorative short-sleeve cotton race shirt is provided to participants.
Registration is handled online and remains open through race day. Fee tiers for the 5K vary by date: adult and youth pricing increases in stages through the event day; the Fun Run has a set fee through race day.
