SuperH 5K Run, Walk and Wheel
SuperH 5K Run, Walk and Wheel is scheduled for September 20, 2026, with a live event hosted at OneLife Fitness Tysons (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA 22102). Participants may also take part remotely from any location and record and report results within a week.
The event offers multiple race categories and a short untimed fun run. Registration and fee structure are tiered by date and category. Adult 5K fees are listed as $35 through July 31, $40 August 1 - September 11, and $45 September 12 - September 20. Youth 5K fees for ages 13 and under are $25 through July 31, $30 August 1 - September 11, and $35 September 12 - September 20. The Fun Run fee is $25 through race day. The virtual entry fee is $45. All registrations must be completed online.
Virtual participants receive mailed race packets and the event includes challenges and activities during the virtual race week to encourage engagement. Packet pick up for the live event is available at the race site on race day.
Proceeds support the Adaptive Sports programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, which provide recreational and competitive sports opportunities for children and adults with physical disabilities.
