Super Hero 5K Fun Run
The event takes place on May 17, 2026, at the PWC County Complex, 7 County Complex Ct, Woodbridge, VA 22192. It is open to participants of all ages and abilities and includes a 5K plus two short kids races.
Distances offered:
- 5K Superhero 5K Fun Run, mixed terrain and stroller friendly
- 50 yards Little Hero Diaper Dash for ages 3 and under
- 100 yards Tot Trot for ages 4 to 5
All participants receive a custom finisher’s medal and a custom t-shirt. Shirts are guaranteed for participants who pre-register by May 8, 2026; shirts are not guaranteed for later registrations. Registration for the 5K opens December 2, 2025 and closes April 6, 2026. Registration fees listed are $25.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the kids races.
