Event Overview
The Super Hero 5K Fun Run takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the PWC County Complex in Woodbridge, Virginia. The main event is a 5k run/walk. The day also features children's events: the Little Hero - Diaper Dash (50 yards) for children three years and under, and the Tot Trot (100 yards) for children four to five years old.

The event is held at the PWC County Complex, 7 County Complex Ct, Woodbridge, VA 22192. Participants are encouraged to wear superhero costumes. The event includes family-friendly activities and entertainment. Prizes are awarded for the best costumes and top finishers. A finish medal is given to participants.
Registration Details
Registration for the 5k Fun Run costs $25. Registration for the Diaper Dash and Tot Trot each costs $15. The price for all events increases after April 6, 2026. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who pre-register by May 8, 2026.
