SUPER GIRL 5K Virginia Beach
The event is a women and girls only 5K run and walk held at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront near 5th Street and Atlantic Ave in Virginia Beach, VA on September 7, 2026. Registration opens July 17, 2026 and closes September 4, 2026. The registration fee is $20.00.
The race is professionally chip timed and organized with Tidewater Striders. Results are provided live and there are awards for top finishers in the listed age groups. Registration includes a Super Girl cooling towel and a drink ticket. The drink ticket may be redeemed for a canned alcoholic beverage for participants 21 and older or for a non alcoholic REVIVE Elevated Wellness Hydration Drink.
The course is an open course at the oceanfront with the start and finish located in the Super Girl Festival Village. There is a hydration station at the turn around. Bibs may be picked up the day before and the morning of the event at the Super Girl Surf Festival; pickup times are to be determined.
The festival village features free concerts and an after the race party. Prizes are awarded by age group, which include 17 and under, 18 to 24, 25 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. Partner hotels offer discounted rates for traveling participants.
