Super Bowl Duathlon
The Super Bowl Duathlon takes place on 02/14/2027 at Lake Louisa State Park in Clermont, Florida. The event is organized by Clermont Triathlon Club and Sommer Sports and is limited to 100 participants.
Two race options are offered:
- Sprint Duathlon : 16 Miles: Run 2, Bike 12 (about 11.6), Run 2
- Super Sprint Duathlon : 10 Miles: Run 2, Bike 6 (one loop of the bike course), Run 2
Both events use the same course layout; the super sprint completes one bike loop while the sprint completes two. The race is conducted as a non draft event. The listed registration fee for each event is $45.
All participants receive a souvenir. The top 15 male and top 15 female finishers receive a Super Bowl Du shirt; participants in the shorter super sprint are not eligible for the top finisher shirts.
Logistics note: the park charges $5 cash for quick entry. Parking is limited; the beach parking lot may fill and overflow is available at the Dixie Lake lot or a grassy area near the campground, which may require biking from the overflow lot or arranging a drop off. Packet pick-up is available at the beach parking lot on race morning and there is a race briefing prior to the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
