Super 5K Run/Walk
The Super 5K Run/Walk is a five-kilometer event held in Metropolis, Illinois on June 11, 2026. The course starts at Fort Massac State Park and the venue address is 1308 E 5th St, Metropolis, IL 62960. The event is presented in conjunction with the Superman Celebration taking place June 12–14, 2026.
Registration is offered online and in person on the day of the event. Online pre-registration is listed at $25 with a children’s rate of $15 for those 10 and under; in-person day-of registration is listed at $30 and $20 for children. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before June 5, and t-shirt sizes are guaranteed for pre-registered participants.
Chip timing is provided by To The Finish, LLC. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and in age groups for male and female participants in the following ranges: 1-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-99.
