Super 5K : Metropolis, Illinois
The Super 5K takes place on June 11, 2026 in Metropolis, Illinois, with the starting point at Fort Massac State Park. Packet pick-up is scheduled from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM on the day of the event.
Registration is offered online and in person. Online pre-registration fees are $25 for the 5K and $15 for children 10 and under; in-person day-of-race fees are $30 for the 5K and $20 for children 10 and under. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed before June 5.
Chip timing is provided by To The Finish, LLC. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers. Additional age-group awards are offered for male and female categories: 1-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-99.
The event is held in conjunction with the Superman Celebration, June 12-14, 2026, and benefits the Massac County Drug Awareness Coalition. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
